How do I place an order?
Choose a metal: sterling silver, “two tone” sterling with 14k gold hook and wrap, or solid 14k gold
- Select a width: Men often prefer the wide, 7mm, women the narrow, 5mm but it is your choice.
- Measure your wrist: It is very important to have an EXACT wrist measurement. Wrap a cloth tape measure or a strip of paper around the wrist bone tight against the skin, and that is your wrist measurement. When in doubt, round up to the nearest quarter inch.
- Go to the webpage with your bracelet choice and click "Buy Now" through Paypal. Your wrist measurement will be requested as you enter the Paypal payment page.
- Or email your order to us at info@caravangallery.com.
Please Include:
- Your credit card number
- Expiration date, and three-digit code on the back of the card.
- Your name and billing address and shipping address (if different than billing)
- Your phone number
Which payments are accepted by Caravan Gallery?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express by phone, fax, email, or PayPal.
Will I be charged sales tax on my order?
No. We do not have sales tax in the US Virgin Islands.
What is the shipping process?
All items ordered are shipped directly to you from Caravan Gallery. We ship via the United States Postal Service Priority or Express Insured.
How much is shipping?
There is a $12.00 charge per jewelry order (no limit on number of items to be included) via United States Postal Service, Priority Mail, Insured. Express mail is available for $25.00. For other items, please check with us via email.
How long will it take to reach me?
You can expect to receive your merchandise within 3-10 business days after your order has been processed for Priority Mail. Express Mail normally takes 2-3 business days. Naturally, we cannot guarantee delivery time with the Post Office.
Will I be notified if my item is back ordered?
Yes, if an item is unavailable, we’ll notify you via email or phone. At that point, you can choose to wait, or cancel your order. You will be notified when the item ships.
Do you have a guarantee?
Certainly. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please notify us via email (preferred) within fifteen days of the invoice date. Provided the product is still in new condition, you are welcome to exchange or return any item from Caravan Gallery, for a full refund of the original purchase price.
How can I exchange my bracelet?
Please make every effort to get an exact wrist measurement to avoid exchanges. However, should an exchange be necessary, we are happy to help you. Within fifteen days of the invoice date, return your bracelet. It must be in new condition. Please package in a sturdy box, not an envelope, and wrap it in bubble wrap for protection. Caravan Gallery is not responsible for damages incurred during returned shipping.
Please include:
- Name and your email address and telephone number
- Caravan Gallery receipt (not the credit card receipt)
- A note with your reason for return
- Ship via United States Postal Service, Priority Mail, and insure it.
Include credit card payment information or a check for $8.00.
