Petroglyph Reflection

So honored to have this unique 14 karat locally made petroglyph design. Created by resident jeweler Tom Krall, two perfect mirror image petroglyphs encircled in a gold twisted oval. Truly a very special treasure.

It is a little uncertain exactly what the petroglyph means, however, it is often found in areas that collect water. At one time it was thought to indicate to others a 'water sanctuary.' If one visits ruins at the right moment, he can see stone carved petroglyphs reflecting in pools of water. Quite the intriguing sight!
