Authentic Roman Coin

This is a very old bronze coin from the Byzantine Empire, circa. 476-1453 A.D. The 'M' indicates the denomination of the coin, which is equivalent to 40 'nummi.' The reverse side is of the Byzantine Emperor Constans II. His reign began in 641 A.D. at the age of 11, after his father's death, and was rife with religilous controversies and warring neighbors.

This authentic Roman coin is set in sterling silver with handcrafted sterling prongs. It is made to be reversible, so that either side can be shown. Please see below for a size reference.
