STORE HOURS

We are open daily, except on Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Our regular hours are from 10:00 AM until 8:00 PM Monday through Saturday, and from 10:00 AM until 6:00 PM on Sunday.

During off-season, roughly from August through November, evening hours are until 6:00 PM.


HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

You can order through the shopping cart on this website, or place your order by email (info@caravangallery.com) or phone (340-779-4566).
Phone and e-mail orders require:

1) Your credit card number (provided by phone only, not by e-mail)
2) Expiration date, and three-digit code on the back of the card
3) Your name, billing address and shipping address (if different)
4) Your phone number


WHICH PAYMENTS ARE ACCEPTED BY CARAVAN GALLERY?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Paypal.
All credit card payments for orders processed on this website are processed securely through PayPal.
For phone or e-mail orders, credit card payments can be made over the phone or completed using a PayPal payment request sent via email.


HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

We ship via the United States Postal Service. Shipping and handling charges include order processing, packaging, handling, shipping, and insurance. Your purchase may be subject to duty fees. If this applies to your order, we will contact you before processing for confirmation. Thank you for your understanding.

Jewelry Shipping Rates:

Jewelry will ship via USPS Priority Mail. Shipping costs are as follows:

Non-Jewelry Shipping Rates:

Shipping and handling charges include order processing, packaging, handling, shipping, and insurance via the United States Postal Service Priority Mail.

If your non-jewelry item fits in a USPS Priority Medium or Large Flat Rate Box, estimated shipping charges are below.

Please note, large or heavy gifts and artifacts or international orders may be subject to additional shipping charges. If necessary, we will contact you with more information before processing your order. Your purchase may be subject to duty fees. If this applies to your order, we will contact you before processing for confirmation. Please note, for international orders, customers are responsible for any duty or taxes charged upon delivery in their country.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO REACH ME?

You can expect to receive your Priority Mail merchandise within 4-7 business days after your order has been processed. Express Mail normally takes 2-3 business days. Naturally, we cannot guarantee delivery time with the Post Office.

Christmas orders should be placed by December 11th to ensure delivery via Priority Mail.


WHAT IF MY ITEM IS BACK ORDERED?

If an item in your order is backordered, we will notify you by email or phone. You may choose to wait for the item or cancel your order. If you choose to wait, we’ll contact you once your item has shipped.


CAN I EXCHANGE MY JEWELRY OR HOOK BRACELET?

Yes, we’re happy to assist with exchanges. Please return your item(s) within 30 days of purchase, in new, unworn condition. We cannot exchange jewelry that has been worn.

Package your return in a sturdy box, not an envelope, and wrap it in bubble wrap for protection. Caravan Gallery is not responsible for damages incurred during return shipping.

Shipping via the United States Postal Service Priority mail (Small Flat Rate box) is recommended. Please avoid Ground Advantage as it may take a month or longer for delivery to and from the US Virgin Islands.

HOW DO I EXCHANGE A HOOK BRACELET?

If you would like to exchange a hook bracelet for a different size, please provide an exact wrist measurement, taken snugly around your wrist (including your wrist bone). We will then determine the correct bracelet size. If you prefer a looser fit, please call or e-mail first so we can help with sizing.

Include the following with your hook bracelet return:

1) Caravan Gallery store receipt (not the credit card receipt)
2) A note explaining your reason for return or exchange
3) Your wrist measurement (if requesting a size exchange)
4) Your name, phone number and e-mail address
5) $10.00 for return shipping (cash, check or credit card by phone)


HOW DO I EXCHANGE OTHER JEWELRY ITEMS?

Before sending your return, please call or e-mail us to confirm that we have the size or style you want to exchange for. For example, if exchanging a ring, please tell us what size you would like and we can check to ensure we have that item in stock.

Include the following with your jewelry return:

1) Caravan Gallery store receipt (not the credit card receipt)
2) A note with your reason for return and what you would like to exchange it for
3) Your name, phone number, and e-mail address
4) $10.00 for return shipping (cash, check or credit card by phone)


DO YOU HAVE A GUARANTEE?

Yes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may receive a refund, exchange, or store credit provided:
1) You have a store receipt
2) It is within one month of purchase
3) The item is in its original condition
4) Or, there is a manufacturing flaw (within 1 year of purchase)

We cannot accept returns on items that have been worn.

CAN I RETURN MY PURCHASE?

Yes. If the product is still in new condition, you are welcome to exchange or return any item for a full refund of the original purchase price within one month of purchase. Please make any returns in the original shipping box it came in, carefully packed. Include contact information (name, email and phone). When it is received, we will contact you. Items damaged in return transit due to improper packaging will not be refunded. Please note: shipping costs are not refundable.

WHAT IF I RECEIVE AN ITEM BROKEN IN SHIPMENT?

All shipments from Caravan Gallery are insured. We make every effort to ensure safe delivery, however, if your merchandise arrives damaged, please contact our customer service department within five (5) business days. Please keep all packaging materials and merchandise in the original box for USPS inspection. We will direct you on how to proceed.

You may redeem your gift certificate in-store or online.

To redeem your gift certificate online, please contact us by phone or email, and we’ll be happy to assist you with your purchase.
