Hill Tribe Flower Dangle

What a fun and lively tear shaped dangle earring! Handcrafted by the Karen Hill Tribes of Thailand. They are an ancient people isolated in the mountainous and densely forested regions of Mae Hong Son very remote from Thai civilization. They are subsistence farmers that provide all or almost all the goods required by the farm family usually without any significant surplus for sale. They live close to the earth and take their artistic inspiration from the forests and fields.

Karen hill tribe artisans are inspired by their traditional designs and the natural world around them. These joyful hand-tooled flowers are playful and have a unique antiqued finish. Please see below for a size reference.
