Amazonite Oval Drops

Like a fresh pool of water with sunshine shimmering on the surface. Amazonite is so loved by all for its amazing color variations and its gentle calming essence. It is cool and refreshing and warm and enticing all at once!

Amazonite was 'discovered' in 1847 and was named for the Amazon River in Brazil, which has an abundance of this feldspar mineral. However, it is believed to have been used by ancient civilizations such as Egypt, India and Mesopotamia. It was used for talismans, amulets, trinkets and writing slabs.
