Pyritized Ammonite

An ancient fossilized ammonite perfectly preserved and set in a smooth sterling silver bezel, then crowned by two very pale green amethyst faceted stones. A very unusual creation and definitely one of a kind.

Ammonites are considered the most widely known fossil. This takes nothing away from their popularity and intrigue. They are said to be millions of years old!
