This knife has larimar tru-stone, a composite of 85% crushed larimar mixed with acrylic resin. Flanked by Jet, a fossilized wood, which is a lustrous black gemstone. A beautifully contrasting combination. The overall length of this knife is 3 inches, the blade is 2.25 inches. The wood on the reverse side is Arizona Birchwood.

Damascus steel is a traditional craft characterized by its complex watery and spiral patterns on the surface of the metal. A labor intensive craft with numerous layers of metal of varied strength, hardness, and toughness hammered together. A very nice knife.
