And they made a design for us that features Larimar, our very own gemstone of the Caribbean! Flanked by inlaid mother of pearl, this makes a beautiful keepsake for yourself or as a special gift.
This company specializes in choosing the best materials and using them to create lovely useable art. The knives are assembled in Japan of Damascus steel and finished by hand in Sante Fe. Damascus steel provides an elegant pattern, toughness and durability. The larimar is tru-stone, a material made of 85% natural powdered larimar stabilized with acrylic resin. This makes a vibrant and strong durable inlay. The total length of the knife is just over 3 inches, the blade is 2.25 inches. The inlaid wood on the flip side is Arizona Birchwood.
