These unique bracelets are individually handcrafted by local native jewelry designer and musician Whealan Massicott, in his tiny workshop in the Virgin Islands, IB Designs. An artist at heart, Whealan individually crafts and signs each piece with good feelings and great care.
To determine your size, first measure your wrist:
Wrap a cloth tape measure or a strip of paper snug
around the wrist bone.
Measure the paper with a ruler.
That gives your wrist measurement.
You must enter your wrist measurement when ordering.

The bracelet comes in sterling silver, two-tone (solid 14k hook and wrap on sterling band) or all 14 karat gold. We carry a men's width (7m) and one for women (5m). HOW TO WEAR AND CARE FOR YOUR HOOK BRACELET
The St. John Hook bracelet can be worn to show one's love of St. John. Local tradition dictates that lovers wear the tip of the J pointing up toward their heart if they are "taken"; and away if they are "available". Please avoid wearing your sterling jewelry in chlorine (pools and hot tubs). Chlorine will darken and eventually may pit the metal. However, these bracelets LOVE a frolic in the ocean! Polish with silver polish or a jewelry polishing cloth to keep a nice shine.
